Oakleigh Piper Ltd, trading as The Revenue Whisperer, is committed to providing high-quality services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are granted.

2. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

Clients may cancel services before work has commenced and receive a full refund.

If work has already begun, refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.

 

Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations:

If Oakleigh Piper Ltd, trading as The Revenue Whisperer, must cancel a project for unforeseen reasons, the client will receive a full refund.

3. Refund Policy

Fixed-Price Services:

If the service has not yet commenced, you are entitled to a full refund.

If the service has commenced but is not yet completed, you may request a partial refund. Partial refunds will be calculated fairly based on the proportion of work already completed and/or reasonably undertaken, including work completed but not yet delivered.

Once the service has been fully delivered, refunds will not be available unless the delivered service differs significantly from the agreed terms or is demonstrably unsatisfactory.

Profit-Sharing Agreements:

Due to the nature of performance-based agreements, refunds generally do not apply once work has commenced. Specific details regarding refunds, cancellations, or changes of mind will be clearly outlined within each individual contract or agreement, ensuring transparency for both parties.

4. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at hello@oakleighpiper.com with your name, project details, and reason for the request.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
